Villa Arbousier is uniquely situated on the beautiful west coast of Corsica, in the commune of Calcatoggio, 30 minutes from Ajaccio and Cargèse, at the bay La Liscia in the Gulf of Sagone.

The villa is conveniently located to visit the lively capital Ajaccio, with its sunny alleys. The “Gorges de Spelunca, the “Calanche de Piana, the hinterland “la Cinarca” with cosy villages, rugged mountains, beautiful lakes and rivers with crystal clear water, or to make a boat trip to la Réserve de Scandola / Girolata.

The beautiful island of Corsica

Corsica “Ile de Beauté” is undoubtedly the most beautiful and greenest island in the Mediterranean. Its beautiful sandy beaches, the small rocky coves with crystal clear water and the unspoilt inland make Corsica special and very attractive.

Hiking (GR20) and sports

In the proximity of the house there are countless sports activities to do such as swimming, scuba diving, sailing, water skiing, paragliding, horse riding, tennis, climbing, and hiking (GR20)

In the village of Tiuccia, 1.5 km from the house, there is a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and a post office. There are several good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. And the large sandy beach Plage d`Orcino is 200 metres from the house.

Don’t forget traditional Corsican cuisine, with its fish specialities on the coast and fine meats inland. And the delicious Corsican wine!
